Returns and Exchange
We offer 90 day returns in the form of store credit.*
If you need to make a return of your order/ parts of your order please fill in the returns form included within your parcel. This form should be returned to:

Once your return is processed we will credit your online account with the amount of the purchase. Then feel free to use this credit to purchase another exchange product as you please.
However if you would like this in the form of a refund please ask us at email@example.com and we will process this for you. Please note your refund will be returned by the same method you initially made payment with. If by credit/ debit card your card will be refunded. If by counter service or bank transfer we will return this via a bank transfer and if by PayPal we will reimburse your PayPal account.
Please note that returns may take up to 3 days to process once they arrive at our warehouse and that your account will only be credited after this period. We will email you to confirm the details and to let you know the refund has been completed.
If your product purchased is faulty please provide us with evidence of the fault we will reimburse you the full amount. In this instance please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your invoice number and details of the products fault (including images) so we can investigate the issue. We will reply within 24 hours.
If Motif Official has made a mistake with my order what do I do?
If we have made a mistake with your order please email us at email@example.com and please ship back any mistaken items to us. We will be responsible for any postage charges incurred. Once we receive the item we will then post the correct item back to you.
If I have made a mistake, can I change my order?
If you wish to update an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However if your order has already been shipped we will not be liable for delivery mistakes in your chosen delivery address. If you wish to exchange a purchase that has already been shipped, please follow our exchange procedure above. Please note order changes are subject to stock availability and Motif Official makes no guarantee of changes.
Postage of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are not refundable.
