RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer 14 days returns in the form of store credit.
If you need to make a return of your order/ parts of your order, please fill in the returns form included within your parcel. This form should be returned to:

Once your return is processed, we will credit your online account with the amount of the purchase.
Please note that returns may take up to 3 days to process once they arrive at our warehouse. We will email you to confirm the details and to let you know the refund has been completed. If your product purchased is faulty please provide us with evidence of the fault, we will reimburse you the full amount in cash via your initial payment method. In this instance please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your invoice number and details of the products fault (including images) so we can investigate the issue. We will reply within 24 hours.
Postage of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
