SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We have several delivery options offered. All orders both domestic and international come with free standard delivery with tracking. Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed and shipped. All orders are processed within 36 hours. Please note that estimated delivery times do not include order processing times. 

Domestic delivery (Thailand)

Free EMS delivery on all orders within Thailand by Thai Post (1-3 working days, excluding public holidays). All orders come with tracking services as standard. We will provide you with a tracking number when your order has been shipped along with an estimated delivery date.

Your delivery may require a signature on receipt.

Click & Collect (Thailand)

To take the stress out of shopping, you can order your items online and have them delivered for pick up at all of our stores in Bangkok, Thailand. It's completely free and we will send you an email and a text message to confirm your item is available for collection. Your items will be ready within 24-48 hours.

International Delivery 

Free standard international delivery on all orders by DHL Global Mail. We will provide you with a tracking number when your order has been shipped along with an estimated delivery date.

Faster delivery services are available through DHL Express with an additional flat-rate charge - please see the below table. Currency shown is in Thai Baht (these are approximations only and may vary with exchange rates). When choosing an express shipping option, Thai residents will be billed in THB, all others will be charged in USD.

How can I track my order?

Once we have shipped your order, we will provide you with a tracking number and the web address where this can be inputted to check the status of your order.

It has been weeks since my order and my parcel has not arrived. What should I do?

Please contact us at contact@motifofficial.com with your invoice number and your postal tracking number. We will do our very best to trace your order. We may provide compensation depending on the specific situation, but make no guarantees of this. We take no responsibility or liability for the failure of third party postal services

Does my parcel require a signature?

As packages are sent using a tracking service, this will usually mean that on delivery you will be asked for a signature.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?

This is dependent on your country of residence and whether or not it is in a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) region or not. If you are in a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) country, you will be responsible for all import duties and related taxes to release your parcel from customs.
